These Terms exclusively govern the use of this website and supersede any other conditions. By making a purchase through our website implies you have accepted these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that:

Please note that Stix Creative Dept. products are sold online exclusively through www.stixcreativedept.com. Formation of the Sale

You may browse all product categories on the website. To access detailed information about a product (such as size, availability, or composition), simply click on the item.

If a product is out of stock, you may provide your email address to be added to the waitlist. To place an order, select the desired product, color, and size (if applicable), and add it to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart.”

To finalize your purchase, proceed to your cart and review the selected items. The total amount payable will include any applicable shipping costs.

If you possess a promotional code or gift card, you may enter it in the corresponding field during checkout, subject to the specific conditions of issue. If such conditions are not met, an error message will be displayed.

No contract of sale shall exist with respect to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If an order is not accepted, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of the order. All orders remain subject to our acceptance. The purchase shall be deemed accepted only when you receive a shipping confirmation email, which will apply solely to the products listed therein. We are under no obligation to supply products not included in the shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject an order in the following circumstances:

1 - In the event of a technical and/or typographical error relating to price or product information.

4 - If incorrect information has been provided.

5 - If the order is unusually large or raises suspicion of being speculative or fraudulent.

The possibility of canceling an order or modifying the shipping address depends on the order status. To request a cancellation or modification, you must contact us via our contact form or at help@stixcreativedept.com.

Once a purchase has been completed, it is not possible to remove or alter items within the order. However, subject to these Terms, you may return the order after receipt.

Availability of Service and Shipping

Products offered on the website are subject to applicable shipping costs, which will be added to the order total.

Please note that delivery times may be extended in certain circumstances, such as public holidays, promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday), or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

We do not deliver to our physical stores or to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. To minimize delivery issues in the event of absence at the delivery address, we recommend including a valid contact telephone number.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In cases of supply shortages or when an item is out of stock, any amounts paid will be refunded using the original payment method or, where applicable, by issuing Store Credit.

We reserve the right to remove any product from the website at any time and shall not be held liable for the withdrawal or modification of any product or website content.

Product Features

The products offered in our online store are presented with a photograph and a description of their basic characteristics, as provided by the manufacturer.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only. The colors displayed in photographs may vary and are not contractually binding. The definitive product color is that stated in the product description.

Price and Payment

The applicable price of the products shall be the price displayed on our website, expressed in the currency you pick. While we make every effort to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest pricing error on any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded.

Prices may be updated or modified at any time. However, such changes will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been issued.

As a general rule, we accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal. Please note that third-party payment providers such as PayPal apply their own contractual terms and may impose additional requirements. Their respective policies are available on their official websites.

The availability of payment methods may vary depending on the place of purchase and prevailing circumstances. Updated information regarding accepted payment methods will always be made available at the time of purchase.

All payment cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing financial institution. If the transaction is not approved, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-performance of the contract, and the sale will not be completed.

Deliveries

Shipments are managed through Ninjavan, Singpost, and J&T. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays or incidents may occasionally occur. In such cases, you may contact our Customer Service Department via the contact form or at hello@stixcreativedept.com so that we may assist in resolving the issue.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier’s policy will apply. Depending on the carrier, either a second delivery attempt will be made, or the package will be deposited at a designated pick-up point.

If the order is not collected within the established period, or if the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances, the purchase price of the items will be refunded; however, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Please note that during peak periods such as seasonal sales, delivery times may be extended.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Singapore. Accordingly, local holidays, as well as national holidays, may affect the estimated delivery schedule.

Liability 

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, courier or transport disruptions, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to minimize any impact on your order.

Intellectual Property

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, designs, photographs, and any other intellectual or industrial property rights relating to the materials or content made available on this website shall remain at all times our exclusive property, or that of our licensors, as applicable.

You further agree that no rights in such intellectual or industrial property are conferred upon you by accessing or using the website. We expressly reserve the right to take any legal or equitable action deemed necessary to protect and enforce our intellectual and industrial property rights in the event of infringement or misuse.

Stix Creative Dept. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any such amendments shall apply prospectively and shall not have any retroactive effect.

Prevalence

These Terms govern purchases made through our website, www.stixcreativedept.com, and, where applicable, in our physical stores. For additional guidance, our FAQ section contains updated information regarding shipping, returns, and related matters. In the event of a conflict between the FAQ and these Terms, the provisions of the FAQ shall prevail.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The sale of products through our website shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or affect the rights granted to you as a consumer under applicable law.

Subject to such consumer rights, any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. By accepting these Terms, the parties expressly submit to such jurisdiction and waive any other forum that may otherwise apply.
